Torronificio Scaldaferro is an artisan workshop in the Venetian hinterland specializing in the production of nougat and other quality confectionery products.

Thanks to a century of experience in the food industry and craftsmanship knowledge handed down from generation to generation, the company is a reference point for retailers and businesses that want the best Italian handmade nougat.

The traditional recipe with which this nougat, which in Venetian dialect is called "mandorlato" (rich in almonds), is made, and the uninterrupted succession of the company's production since 1919, has resulted in the confectionery being listed among the typical food products of the Veneto region.
Torronificio Scaldaferro has a long food tradition, dating back to the early 1900s, when great-grandfather Marco Scaldaferro opened a small bakery in Mira Porte (Venice) that produced focaccia, mustards, cookies, wafers, candies and nougats.

Over time, the company has provided a gluten-free line of products for celiacs, a line of nougats with very rare Italian monofloral honeys, a line of chocolate products and a line of natural ice creams.
The nougat factory, known worldwide for the quality of its products, has retained the family surname as its trademark, an indication of the seriousness and personal commitment to making confectionery that sets it apart.

Torronificio Scaldaferro offers a natural product in keeping with tradition.

The raw materials are carefully selected: Italian dried fruit, Italian honey, high whipping egg whites, vanilla bean, sugar, all free of dyes, preservatives or other additives.

The nougat produced by the company is natural even in its packaging, thanks to the use of 100 percent biodegradable and recyclable materials.
